Full-Hand Chasen

The longer handle of this chasen makes it easier to whisk matcha, but the prongs are not durable. Even with proper usage and care (blooming the whisk before use, no scraping the whisk against my chawan, no contact with sweeteners or milk, rinsed after each use and stored on its stand), the prongs have begun to noticeably fray after less than 5 uses, and one prong has chipped off at the bottom. I have been whisking matcha for several months now and my other chasens have not had this issue.
