Outlet item arrived functional but damaged. Even if it was used, would have expected them to at least catch something like that. Support was responsive and quick in resolving issue at no cost to customer which is what matters. Process was fast and seamless. Replacement arrived in good condition.

Worth every penny

This thing is worth every penny. Especially getting it from the open box section. We had a massage gun prior to this one that we thought was good but it was a piece of junk compared to this one. Don’t hesitate to buy it
