Gravitas™ Precision Kitchen Scale

I love this scale. I replaced my old one with this. I liked my old one but this one is much nicer. Weight is accurate and the removable screen is so great.

I love this scale. I use it daily. I no longer have to have another small scale to get to tenth of a gram accuracy. The detachable display is so useful, no more struggling to see what the reading is. Just stick the display to the wall in front of you or leave it on the counter away from the large bowl on the scale.

I very much appreciate where this scale is going, in what I expect will be future versions. Ergonomically, it needs more generous space on its edges for fingers to get under to lift it. It is heavy, which is good for the tool it is. It is slow to register weight changes, so pouring liquids can be particularly challenging. I haven’t personally qualified its accuracy, but given the pedigree here, I don’t doubt it. As a direct competitor to the Oxo, I like it a lot, but… this currently lacks, with speed being its only significant annoyance.
