Halibut Filets are one of the best fish available for the grill. Bit of Olive oil, Volcano Spice Chili Salt and Medium Hot Rub on a hot wood grill to 130 degrees. Always a guest favorite

Excellent halibut!

The Svenfish halibut we bought was fresh and delicious. Also, a nice thick cut so that it broiled beautifully! I would definitely buy it again.

This was the second time that we bought halibut at Svenfish. It was delicious both times. This time it was thicker, so we weren't sure how it would cook up, but it came out terrific!
