This is my first time trying a flavored matcha and I'm happy to have gone with one from Akai House. Immediately upon opening the can, you are hit with the scent of strawberry (its not overpowering but its definitely there). Steeping the tea allows for the scent to deepen, yet the taste of the flavoring isn't enough to overpower the matcha powder itself. I would highly recommend Akai House to anyone that wanted to branch out and try flavored matcha. I will definitely be repurchasing to try other flavors and tea blends!
