BodyLever Massage Tool

It’s more than I had hoped for, the uses are limited only by your imagination. My I.T bands are loosing up and this lever works perfectly.

Still figuring out how to hit all point but so far getting nice release of the traps

Love this tool! Because of BJJ and strength work, I wind up hurting in all kinds of strange places that foam rollers and LAX balls can't reach. This has become my go-to for tissue work, and the only downside is that I didn't start sooner.
