Black Diamond™ Power Bar

High Quality Power Bar! This bar is an awesome addition to my home gym. For years I was using a multipurpose Ohio bar by Rogue with tons of whip for my compound lifts. The moment I used this bar I felt an immediate locked in feeling for squats and bench from the bars knurling and thicker 29mm bar thickness. It is a sharper knurling on this bar so I recommend a shirt with squats and not a tank top or this knurling will feel like it’s digging into your skin. Besides that, it felt like the bar wasn’t going anywhere and basically no whip even with 350lbs+ on squats so that’s a big selling point for me. Highly recommend this bar for anybody doing heavy compound movements that require steadiness and control. If you prefer a bar with less whip and a more planted feeling then this is the bar for you. Built like a family heirloom

This bar is built like sword that will be passed down to my son, and my son's son. The knurl feels great, and there is essentially zero play at the ends.
