Bench Grip Cover™

The AB Mat is fantastic. It grips you really solid and there is no slide on the bench once you set up. It keeps me locked into position when I am benching and my shoulders are now in the perfect spot where as without it, they would slide out of position easily. I highly recommend the ab mat if you are looking to improve your bench press.

The mat is sticky and holds you place. Just wish the straps were longer. It’s a super tight fit on a 12” wide bench.
