Quick energy and great taste

Loved the strawberry flavor! I've gone through two of the packets in the box. They taste like candy, don't leave a sticky or heavy mouthfeel, and are easy on my stomach. I also appreciate that these are caffeine-free. I have tried Gu and Skratch energy chews, which tend to upset my stomach, take longer to digest, and don't provide as much of a boost as SaltStick does. I can take the SaltStick energy gummies before a workout and feel the boost once I've warmed up. I will have to try them during a longer run or swim.

One of my fav gummies while putting in the long miles on the bike. The flavors are great and these definitely help prevent the bonk.
