I LOVE this thing.

I first bought a $17 chest expander off amazon and that worked fine, but was cheap quality - I knew I'd continue using one so I bought this more expensive one and I absolutely LOVE using it. I've gotten great hypertrophy results in my rear delts and traps . The feeling of this tool is very enjoyable in my body. I recommend it.
