Tricep bar
I bought this so I could have the same kind of grip/lift to a strongman log but much more transportable. This thing is just right for traveling, and having 2 grip positions is fantastic. The hammer curls and tricep extensions feel great. It also makes a good impromptu pull up bar with a carabiner and a ratchet strap; just loop around the rafters and you're set!

Really good, jack of all trades sort of bar. In a homegym you look for compact, low cost, and something that you WILL use. This definitely hits the mark on those, and i use this for back, close grip chest press, and fo hammer curls. I will say, if they made it just an inch longer for a third handle, this would he even better as you can sacrifice even some of the length of the sleeve (it fits 3 plates).
