Rollbox (smoker-box)

I saw the smoke chaser roll box on "The Basement Hangout" video on YouTube. I previously have been using two long smoke tubes with pellets and have not been pleased with the results. I thought that the price of the roll box might be a bit high so I held off. That was stupid of me now that I have done my first cook with two racks of ribs, I now recognize what an outstanding box it is. I used charcoal and Pecan Wood Chunks and MOTHER OF GOD did it smoke! It is exactly what I needed. By far the best ribs I have ever made and I owe it all to the smoke box. It is absolutely perfect. It's a BEAST and made like a TANK. If you're reading this, dont hesitate, buy it. I highly recommend the smoke chaser roll box. Now that I have it I see that it's worth every penny.

Built like a tank and the difference in smoke output/flavor is highly noticeable. Also works wonders for cold smoking!!
