Black pepper

The primary overwhelming flavor profile for me is black pepper. No sweet or vinegar to offset it.

Love this stuff

I love the flavor here. I know when you see beet you think it will be sweet or the beet flavor will come through too much. It has a solid pepper forward flavor and it isn't overly sweet like a lot of store shelf options. For me it is a good balance between savory and sweet.
