Morning Light Uji Matcha

I like Morning Light matcha from Daylight Matcha as usucha, and I think it is creamy, slightly bitter, slightly grassy, a little floral, and a little nutty, but with no astringency. I also made it as a latte mixed with oat milk and no sweetener, and it tasted delicious. I already loved Tranquility matcha, and now both of them are my favorites. I love the handwritten note, as always.

Creamy, sweet, and not bitter. Micro bubbles easily formed with bamboo whisk. Highly recommend.

Morning Light is smooth, bright, and refreshing! This matcha is definitely my new favorite for daily lattes.
