Great coffee

Tried plenty of beans before finding pillar and have stuck with it fur several months now. Consistently great coffee, good balance, highly recommend for an espresso machine

Nice value, not great for filter

There's a full bodied feel that would make this good accompaniment for espresso or milk-based drinks, but if you're looking for a pour over go for another one. At times it's got almost a robusta-like bitterness, though there is thankfully a creaminess that keeps it in line. Overall decent value but probably my least favourite from Workshop.

Lovely buttery coffee

Love this coffee to the point I’ve only just this year tried one other , it makes wonderful Lattes, Cappuccino and flat Whites !!!
