Perfect for an aging functional fitness enthusiast
I love deadlift, look for reasons to deadlift. Unfortunately, Father Time smacked me and my body. This hex bar allows me to deadlift without the hip angle exacerbating a chronic hip issue. New purchase of Hex trip bar and bumper weights
