Founded in 1967, the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Anserma was built to give small producers shared strength, knowledge, and infrastructure. Together they created Finca Chapatà where their centralized wet mill allows growers without their own facilities to process coffee at a higher level and earn better value for their harvest.

Tasting notes are accurate!
If you love light roasts with fruity flavor profiles, this current single origin Colombian from Finca Chapata delivers. I've ordered this particular offering twice, in addition to numerous COTMs from Superlost.

This is one of my favorites! It's also one of my daily go-to's for my morning cup. I have absolutely fallen in love with the sweetness and just the right amount of fruity notes.

This coffee is spectacular. I’ve been using my Fellow Aiden machine to dial it up. I get big juicy notes of red berries with a syrupy mouthfeel and nice clean finish. Highly recommend for anyone that loves those sweet juicy naturals.
