This vinegar is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. Combined with the blood orange olive oil, some minced preserved lemon, a little bit of mustard and some pepper. It makes the most incredible salad dressing.

I read all the great reviews & had to try it for myself. Wow ! This vinegar is great in & on all sorts of foods. Use as suggested with the Lemon Olive Oil as dressing or on warm cooked vegetables. Fantastic on Caprese salads as well. I'll certainly purchase this item again

Terrific Product

It is a very pure wine vinegar taste with just a hint of sweetness so that it does not have that sharp aftertaste. I have used this in sauces, salad dressing, alone with oil on lettuce and on spinach. Even a dab on cooked spinach makes everything more smooth
