Pozole Perfection
I was stunned at what a difference it made to make pozole with this corn, even when compared to high quality dried but pre-nixtamalized corn. Took a while to make but was super easy and 100% worth the effort. Perfect chew, texture, flavor, everything -- absolutely awesome.
