The pieces are generously sized, beautifully trimmed, and far superior to the fatty, scrap-filled stew meat commonly found at grocery stores. Impressed with the Tenderness

After cooking, the taste was very good, but what I was impressed with was the tenderness ! For some time, I have been so disappointed in the stew beef from the grocery store being tough and chewy. This stew beef was more like I have always cooked.
