I haven’t had the opportunity to cook much as of lately, but I did have a KC Strip! I like mine done, little to no pink whatsoever. My steak was the best steak I’ve had since I’ve been a child! Tender, flavorful it wasn’t even dry! No complaints & I’ll continue to order!
