Organic First Spring Blend Matcha

This is the best matcha I've had for daily use. Much better than lower cost ones I've used for two years. I have learned that water temp is very important. This matcha is smooth and flavorful. Would love to see larger sizes that bring down the cost. Thank you!

Great for mild, flavored lattes

This blend of matcha looks organic (a more dull, yellowish green), and it has the aroma of wet straw. As a koicha it tastes very bitter and almost sour, grassy, and it is astringent. As a latte it was very mild, more nutty and earthy. I think this is a good blend for those who like their matcha to be a background note in lattes and prefer flavored drinks (it was great as a banana latte).
