A robust decaf coffee that maintains a mellow and pleasant sweetness.
Unwind is a decaf lot from the Sierra Productora de Café Amatenango de la Frontera Cooperative in México that undergoes the Ethyl Acetate (EA) Decaf process. These coffees are washed for 12-24 hours with some lots being fermented for an extended period of 12-84 hours. S

Smooth, creamy, a bit too fruity.
It would be a nice, comfortable cup of espresso if not for the initially overpowering fruit taste- cherry, I think? I have never tasted such a departure from the better beans available, some of which also have subtle hints of fruit flavor. That quality in your beans has me wondering how you produce them.
