Five 16 oz. Japanese wagyu New York strip steaks are definitely $$$$$ but they are highest quality. Probably a UPS issue, two of the steaks were half defrosted when they arrived. Hopefully refreezing them again won't effect the quality? I am a life long customer that only buys your products. I have tried several other resources in the passed and nobody Even comes close to what you all offer in quality and customer service ! Thank you
