Ordering fro Bosu was easy. My Bosu arrived quickly and in good shape. It was easy to pump air into it. I love using it! It's great for core strengthening and my balance is improving rapidly! Great product.

The unit is great but the pump is HORRIBLE. The pump nozzle doesn’t fill the hole completely nor does it seal around the hole. Every time you pump air in pretty much 2/3 of it leaks out so you have to pump like a demon to try to get the ball filled. This is disappointing given this is an expensive unit. The Bosu Ball itself is fantastic but the pump starts things off on the wrong foot.

It would not hold air and was leaking out of one of the black rubber feet. Emailed customer service but nothing back yet
