matcha & hojicha bundle

the 001 matcha is wonderful. the flavor is light, a little floral, and earthy. it has a natural sweetness too and it's really smooth. it's fantastic for lattes and prob one of my favs for lattes i've had, esp if they are flavored lattes. the hojicha has a great flavor profile. really deep roasted, smokey flavor as compared to other hojichas. unfortunately had to take a star off for how chalky and grainy it was. i tried preparing it in multiple different ways, but it never got rid of the grainy texture.
