Roasted Hatch Chile (Frozen)

Great Quality Products at reasonable prices. I buy the roasted, frozen, and chopped a few times a year. I order the hot, and it’s perfect for my tastes. Highly recommend.

The 5 × 1-lb vacuum-packed ziploc bags came frozen together in dry ice. (Lots of fun creating fog in a glass of water!) I had a tough time separating them though. Wonderful flavor. I'm set until next season.

Delivered quickly and in to the freezer it went. I have not tried it yet but believe me I’ve never had a problem with chile from my home state! Thank you
